Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal & Sports Rehab

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible **Physiotherapists (BPT/MPT)** who:

**Key Responsibilities: Clinical Work**
- Perform detailed **physical assessments** including postural, biomechanical, orthopedic, and functional evaluations.
- Design and implement **individualized treatment protocols** using active rehab, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and return-to-play protocols
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and long-term self-care
- Use **evidence-based practice** and clinical reasoning to guide interventions
- Accurately document clinical findings, treatment progress, and follow-ups

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Maintain strong communication with patients regarding their recovery journey
- Collaborate with other team members and coaches (where applicable) to optimize care plans
- Build strong rapport with patients and help them stay motivated throughout their rehab

**Learning & Growth**
- Attend internal training, case reviews, and clinical discussions
- Stay updated with recent advances in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy
- Contribute to internal content creation - clinical knowledge sharing, blogs, social media content or presentations
- Design and implement **individualized treatment protocols** using active rehab, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and return-to-play protocols
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and long-term self-care
- Use **evidence-based practice** and clinical reasoning to guide interventions

**What You Need to Have**
- **Bachelor’s degree (BPT)** in Physiotherapy (mandatory)
- Freshers with strong clinical internships and the right attitude are also welcome
- **Master’s degree (MPT)** in Musculoskeletal, Orthopedic, or Sports Physiotherapy (preferred but not mandatory for skilled BPTs)
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**:

- Strong hands-on skills and confident use of **exercise-based rehab protocols**:

- Experience in **sports rehab, posture correction, pain management, or athletic performance** (preferred)
- Freshers with strong clinical internships and the right attitude are also welcome.
