Label Niti Bothra is a leading manufacturer of Indian ethnic wear, we are expanding our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Fashion Designer to join our team for creating innovative and high quality products that cater to contemporary fashion trends

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visualise, Sketch and design new products as per brand guidelines
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques of designing.
- Create sketches and detailed technical packs to help sample production seamlessly and effectively.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colours, prints embroideries silhouettes etc.
- Present design concepts and collections to senior management and stakeholders for approval.
- Oversee sample productions to ensure designs are made as per expectations.
- If required ensure timely production and quality control

**Must have Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing.
- A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 2 years specializing in Indian ethnic women and/or men's wear
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of Indian traditional fabrics, garment construction, optimising costs.
- Exceptional creative ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong team management skills.
- Experience in both traditional and contemporary women’s/ men’s wear.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
