**Production Assistant****:
This role provides support and assistance to the production team, liaises with other departments and provides general administrative help for the project.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Gather and collate Production data for Weekly Studio reporting
- Work with PM to create Weekly Studio Reports
- Troubleshoot Production Tracking system as needed with PM and Production Tracking Development team
- Support pipeline processes as needed
- General Production support
- As needed, Daily Calendar/Schedule management and maintenance
- Help with recruitment.
- Assist with project clean up and archiving on an ongoing basis

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take accurate notes for reviews/meeting minutes and relay it to the team
- Additional miscellaneous duties as needed

- Experience in a film, commercial or similar production environment, in a similar role is an advantage
