- **Assessment and Feedback**: Grading assignments, homework, and tests, and providing feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- **Student Development**: Helping to foster students' skills and social abilities, and identifying their individual needs to support their development.
- **Communication**: Participating in parent-teacher meetings and maintaining communication with parents and guardians to report on student progress.
- **Professional Development**: Engaging in on-the-job training, attending professional development sessions, and receiving mentorship from experienced staff to enhance their teaching skills.
