**Site Management**: Supervise all on-site activities, including construction tasks, material usage, and equipment operation.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and direct laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure adherence to OSHA or local safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor work quality, ensuring it meets project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track project progress, report delays or issues to the project manager, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- **Resource Management**: Manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to avoid shortages or waste.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and material usage; prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory

Pay: ₹11,413.60 - ₹38,890.10 per month

Schedule:
