**Job Description: ESRI Solution Architect**

**Position Title**: ESRI Solution Architect
**Location**: Hydrabad (Ready to Travel and Work Onsite)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Solution Architecture & Design**: Lead the design and implementation of ESRI-based GIS solutions, focusing on ArcGIS Pro and related components, ensuring best practices, high-quality architecture, and adherence to client requirements.
- **Migration Expertise**: Lead and manage the migration process from Geometric Network to the Utility Network model, ensuring seamless transition and mínimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- **Collaboration with ESRI**: Work closely with ESRI to leverage their platform, troubleshoot issues, and optimize GIS solutions tailored to the needs of the organization.
- **Customization & Optimization**: Leverage out-of-the-box ESRI capabilities to replace custom solution components, driving efficiency, and reducing complexity in solution design.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a high-performing team of GIS professionals, fostering collaboration and growth while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- **Client Management & Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Act as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of ESRI solutions and integrations.
- **Travel and Onsite Presence**: Willingness to travel as required and work onsite to engage with clients and support project delivery.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in implementing ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and related solution components.
- **Technical Expertise**: Deep understanding of ESRI solutions, particularly in the migration from Geometric Network to Utility Network models.
- **Prior Architect Role**: Proven experience in leading architecture and design efforts for large-scale GIS solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Experience in managing partnerships and client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and maintaining client trust.
- **Team Building & Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and grow a team of GIS professionals, with excellent networking and leadership capabilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: ESRI certifications such as ESRI Certified Professional or relevant certifications in GIS technologies.
- **Experience with Utility Network**: Prior hands-on experience with the ESRI Utility Network and its implementation in a production environment.
- **Cloud Experience**: Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions (e.g., ArcGIS Online, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
