**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and optimize processes to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of business goals.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff to enhance performance and service quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operations management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
