The Process Associate is responsible for the strategic, tactical, and operational management of a sales territory. The Sales Executive will focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly goals through a consultative approach to sales whereby the customer needs are evaluated to determine the best solution for their business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research new target accounts to identify potential leads, opportunities, and risk
- Develop lead qualification criteria and determine the appropriate strategy
- Schedule meetings with prospects, customers, and decision-makers within the assigned territory
- Create proposals with supporting materials that meet customer needs
- Develop annual forecast in alignment with quarterly KPIs
- Meet or exceed assigned KPI targets as outlined in the Sales Plan Summary
- Manage P&L responsibility for assigned territory
- Actively collaborate with senior management to develop a territory plan and execute against the plan
- Ensure that all best practices are followed in the execution of account plans
- Report on assigned territory performance via regular territory meetings, weekly Territory

**Requirements**:

- Graduate Freshers or 10+2 with minimun 6 months of experience may Apply.
- Understanding of Phone Solicitation to create and implement sales strategy
- Ability to demonstrate and present products
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to convert inbound and outbound leads
- Excellent teamwork skills

**Salary**: ₹10,552.00 - ₹29,613.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
