**Location: Office No. 34/2, 4th Floor, Tower B, Corenthum, Near Noida Electronic City Metro Station, Noida Sec-62**

**Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days**

**Selection Process: 1 Round of Interview(F2F Interview)**

**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.

**Screening & Shortlisting**:

- Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls

**Coordination**:
**Onboarding Assistance**:

- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

**Database Management**:
**Relationship Management**:

- Foster relationships with past applicants for potential future opportunities.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with trends in recruiting, introducing new tools and practices when beneficial.
- Attend training and seminars to further develop recruitment skills and knowledge.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong decision-making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,819.72 - ₹20,000.73 per month
