**Experience: Min 1 year to 3 years**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals for clients based on their requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with insurance underwriters to obtain quotes and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- Monitor policy expiration dates and follow up with clients for renewal processes.
- Assist in the resolution of client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products and services.
- Provide support during the claims process, including documentation, communication with insurers, and follow-up until resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to insurance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
