**Role Overview**:
As the Editor in Chief, you will be at the helm of our editorial team, driving the creation of compelling content that resonates with our readers. You will play a pivotal role in setting the editorial direction, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of talented writers, editors, and content creators.
- Develop and implement editorial strategies that align with our brand vision.
- Oversee the production of high-quality content across multiple categories.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior editorial role, preferably as an Editor in Chief writing for a Business audience
- Knowledge of the global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech and/or consumer health industries and awareness of major issues affecting the sectors.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
