**Patient Care**: Provide nursing care in the home setting, including administering medications, managing wound care, and assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- **Health Monitoring**: Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate. Track and report changes in the patient’s condition to the healthcare team.
- **Care Planning**: Collaborate with doctors, family members, and other healthcare professionals to create and adjust care plans according to the patient’s needs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and progress notes.
- **Emotional Support**: Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, offering reassurance and encouragement.
- **Safety and Hygiene**: Ensure that the home environment is safe and clean to prevent injuries and infections.
- **Coordination with Healthcare Team**: Communicate regularly with doctors, physical therapists, and other specialists involved in the patient’s care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 12 per week
