**Job Summary**: The Junior Accountant Executive will support the accounting team by performing essential accounting functions such as maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare and submit VAT/GST returns and other statutory returns.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- **Bank Reconciliations**:

- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- **General Ledger**:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based role with occasional remote work flexibility.
- May require overtime during peak periods.
