Jr. Ui/ux Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design of user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile platforms.
- Research, analyze, and understand user needs to create high-quality, user-centric designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve design.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools.
- Collaborate with other team members, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver on time.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in UI/UX design (minimum 1-2 years) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to execution.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design consistency and usability.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
