- **Technical Support**:Provide technical assistance and answer questions for users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
- **Installation & Configuration**:Install and configure new hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals for users.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for end-users in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Asset Management**:Track and document IT assets, and assist in hardware procurement and planning for future needs.
- **User Training**:Train end-users on proper hardware and software usage to improve their efficiency and reduce support requests.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed logs of technical issues, solutions, and user interactions in a ticketing system.
- **Remote Support**:Provide support to remote users, often involving remote troubleshooting techniques.

**Required Skills**:

- **Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**:Ability to diagnose technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- **Customer Service**:Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to assist users effectively.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
- **Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks, respond promptly to support requests, and manage workload efficiently.
