Cylindrical Grinder

**Setting up and Operating Machines**: Setting up and operating cylindrical grinding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- **Reading Technical Drawings**: Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to determine product requirements.
- **Selecting Grinding Wheels**: Choosing the appropriate grinding wheels, materials, and tooling for each workpiece.
- **Determining Grinding Parameters**: Determining and setting grinding speeds, feed rates, and other parameters for optimal performance.
- **Maintaining Machine**: Maintaining the cleanliness and accuracy of the grinding machine.
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting the quality of the ground parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving minor machine issues.
- **Safety**: Following all safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **Other Duties**: Performing other related duties as required by the supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,569.79 per month
