Primary Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that are aligned with the school's curriculum and educational standards, catering to the diverse learning needs and abilities of primary school students.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, with clear expectations for behavior and participation, and implement effective strategies for managing student behavior and maintaining discipline.
- **Individualized Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to accommodate students' varying learning styles, interests, and abilities, providing personalized support and scaffolding to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess students' learning progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student achievement to inform instructional planning and intervention strategies.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open and regular communication with parents or guardians regarding students' academic progress, behavior, and social-emotional development, fostering a collaborative partnership in supporting students' learning and well-being.
- **Co-curricular Activities**: Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, such as field trips, extracurricular clubs, and special events, to enhance students' learning experiences, promote socialization, and develop their talents and interests.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops, conferences, and training sessions, to stay updated on current trends, best practices, and advancements in primary education and improve teaching effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
