Prolog Instructor

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive lectures and hands-on sessions on PROLOG programming, covering fundamental concepts, syntax, and advanced topics.
- Develop a well-structured curriculum that encompasses PROLOG's logical programming paradigm, rule-based reasoning, and database querying.
- Guide students in practical exercises and assignments to enhance their proficiency in PROLOG programming and problem-solving.
- Provide individualized support to students, addressing their queries, challenges, and code-related issues, ensuring their comprehension and progress.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in PROLOG and related technologies, incorporating industry best practices and advancements into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and academic staff to continuously enhance the
PROLOG curriculum, incorporating new methodologies and relevant case studies.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and coding competitions to encourage students' participation and enhance their PROLOG skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with institutional guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on logic programming.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in PROLOG programming language, including predicate logic, recursion, constraint programming, and meta-programming.
- Proficiency in other programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, to facilitate comparative analysis and broaden students' programming repertoire.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts into easily understandable explanations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students through clear explanations and real-life examples.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in
PROLOG and related technologies.
- Experience in conducting research or projects involving PROLOG or logic programming is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lectures, manage assignments, and assess student progress.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team of instructors, researchers, and administrators.
