**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT services and products.
- Persuade prospective clients to engage with our services, addressing any queries and overcoming objections.
- Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring both customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain and update records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience of 2 years in a call centre.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a knack for negotiating successful deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools.
