मैं श्री बालाजी फ़िंसर्व से बात कर रही हूं आपका हमारी कंपनी में यह काम रहेगा कि आपको अपने क्षेत्र में उन लोगों से बात करनी है जिन लोगों को लोन की जरूरत है और उनके डॉक्यूमेंट सेलेक्ट करके कंपनी में जमा कराने हैं।

1 महीने में 10 से 12 लोगों को लोन दिलाना होगा 10 से 12 लोगों को लोन दिलाने पर आपकी ₹32,000 सैलरी रहेगी ₹3000 पेट्रोल का खर्चा रहेगा टोटल आपकी ₹35,000 महीने की सैलरी रहेगी।

अगर आप पहले महीने में 5 से 6 लोगो को भी loan दिलाते हैं तो कम्पनी आपको पूरी सैलरी देगी।

2 महीने आपको ऑनलाइन मार्केटिंग करनी होगी क्योंकि आपके यहां पर अभी हमारी कंपनी का कोई ब्रांच नहीं है आपके यहां पर अभी हमारा इंश्योरेंस का डिपार्टमेंट है लोन का नहीं है अगर आप यह दिखा देते हैं कि आपके यहां पर लोगों को लोन की जरूरत है तो कंपनी आपको आपके क्षेत्र में मिनी ब्रांच खोल करके देगी और मैनेजर का पद देगी और आपकी सैलरी भी बढ़ाई जाएगी, पर जब तक आपके क्षेत्र का कोई वर्क रिस्पांस नहीं होगा तो कंपनी आपको ब्रांच नहीं देगी।
