**Role & Responsibility**
- Conduct engaging spoken English classes for employees to improve fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
- Develop and customize lesson plans based on employees’ language proficiency and specific requirements.
- Facilitate interactive and practical sessions, including role plays, group discussions, and real-life conversational scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback to employees and track their progress over time.
- Encourage confidence-building and foster a supportive learning environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching spoken English to adults (corporate training experience is a plus).
- Strong command of the English language
- Familiarity with teaching methods for improving spoken fluency and pronunciation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

**Work Schedule**
- **Days**: Saturdays and Sundays
- **Timing**: 11 am to 2pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 4 - 5 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
