Position Overview: Blackstrip Grafix Designs is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional graphic design services for our clients, with a focus on e-commerce, social media, and digital media platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our client's visual branding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and shareable content for social media channels, ensuring the designs align with the brand's visual identity and resonate with the target audience.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that effectively communicate clients' messages, products, and services in the digital realm.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce, social media, and digital media design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
- Collaborate with the creative team to contribute to the overall creative process, share ideas, and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital agency or design studio environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, specifically in ecommerce, social media, and digital media design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,CorelDraw).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in ecommerce, social media, and digital media design.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, understand target audience, and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and quickly respond to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
