**Hiring for Accounts Executive**

CTC: Upto 40,000/

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounts & Finance Management:

- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivables, payables, payroll, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide accurate insights into the company's financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure appropriate allocation of funds to meet financial obligations and support business growth.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, including retirement plans, ESOPs, and other perks.

Compliance and Regulation:

- Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory reconciliations, payments, and compliance filings related to ESI, PF, TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
- Guarantee compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, HostBooks etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective decision-making and problem resolution.
