Greetings from **REACH TALENT SOLUTIONS** We are Hiring for **"MEDICAL CODER"** Job Title: Medical Coder **Speciality: "Radiology Coder" with "CPC" Certified Mandatory** Experience: 2-3 Years exp in Radiology coding Location: Anna Nagar (Chennai) Shift: Day Shift Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Gender: Malae Or Female **Interview Mode: Direct Walk-in (2.00 PM to 4.30 PM)** **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Coding: Assigning accurate ICD, CPT, and/or HCPCS codes to medical records - Reviewing: Reviewing radiology reports and diagnostic imaging to ensure accuracy - Communicating: Communicating with clients and providers as needed - Analyzing: Analyzing medical records to identify discrepancies and potential quality of care issues - Researching: Researching, analyzing, and recommending actions to correct discrepancies and prevent future coding errors - Entering data: Entering data into client software and/or Excel reports - Complying: Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and standards - Updating: Updating referring doctors and coding review tickler Regards, HR Sangeetha **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Medical Coding: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - CPC, (required) Work Location: In person
