- Retired from a Government Health Department, NVBDCP, Municipal Health Dept., or similar public health entity or Experience in Similar Field
- Expertise in vector-borne disease control (e.g., malaria, dengue)
- Familiarity with government protocols, field-level operations, and public health programs
- Strong communication and networking skills with government health officials
