**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Identify and execute growth hacking strategies to accelerate user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO with broader growth initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth content analysis to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Implement content growth strategies to enhance user engagement and drive conversions.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to optimize SEO and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with website designers & developers to optimize website design for improved conversion rates.
- Implement CRO strategies to enhance user experience and drive desired actions.
- Devise and implement creative and ethical link-building strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Perform comprehensive site audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in SEO, growth hacking, and digital marketing.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to stay at the forefront of the industry.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on growth hacking.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
