**The Digital Growth Strategist is responsible for generating, nurturing and acquiring leads for a digital marketing company**.

**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Generating, nurturing, and acquiring leads for all services
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Understanding client's needs and conducting client meetings

**Requirements-**
- Previous experience with a digital/advertising agency
- Strong understanding of the digital industry, business, and services
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Approachable personality with excellent communication skills.

**The salary range for this role is 4.8 - 6.0 LPA, and is only available for Mumbai residents.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
