VMC (BMV 45+) Machine Programmer & Operator - Bath Fittings

Company: Bob's Bath Fitting

Location: Onsite - Factory in Etah, Uttar Pradesh

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and program BMV 45+ VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for precise manufacturing of bath fitting molds and components.
- Set up jobs, tool offsets, and machine calibration before running production.
- Write or modify basic part programs (G-code) directly on the controller to meet production specs.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Maintain and troubleshoot minor machine errors to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with the dye/mold making and production teams for timely workflow.
- Follow daily production targets and ensure machine upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in VMC operation and programming, preferably in bath fittings, sanitaryware, or precision mold manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of tool setup, job loading, and basic machine maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manufacture parts accordingly.
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi controller environments is a strong plus.
