Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have experience in manufacturing industry preferably in the Engineering/fabrication industry in the domain of finance and accounting in an ERP environment
- Must have a good understanding of the industry business domain and also have cross functional exposure with other verticals of the business viz: production, procurement, marketing, Stores etc.
- Adequate hands on working Knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 & Income Tax Act.
- Hands on exposure to GST Act and compliances
- Finalization of yearly Financial Statements, Tax Audits, handling of Statutory Audit
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements and other MIS
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting to various authorities
- Support month-end and year-end Accounting closing process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and other statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Closely monitor the daily funds movement from Banks and also ensure that all outflows are properly accounted for on a regular basis
- To get the periodic Internal Audit done and ensure that audit gaps pointed out are complied with.

CTC- Negotiable

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
