**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a data entry computer operator to join our team and perform various data entry tasks using Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in various systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and quality of the data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from source documents into Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel, following the prescribed format and guidelines.
- Update and maintain records of data in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel, ensuring that the data is consistent and accurate across different systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data entry errors, such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel, generating charts, graphs, tables, and summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of the data, following the company’s policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of data entry tasks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry computer operator or similar role.
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel, with good typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
