**Job description**:

- Konwledge of Fabrication and Electrical manufacturing store

Supervising Store staff and daily activities
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
- rain, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers
- Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, textbooks, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.
- Identify the material and make a stock in a proper manner.
- Prepare material delviery challan in ERP and also make entries of received material
- Coordinate with project sites team for usages and dispatch after validation of stock
- Make GRN after receipt of material and check teh material as per PO.
- Follow up with vendors for the material delivery, shortate if any and notify defect etc.
- Monitor inventory of material at sites/factory
- Forward invocies with GRN to Accounts Dept for the payment
- Ensure proper and effective stores systems at sites/factory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
