This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to gain practical experience in graphic design, photo editing, and video editing within the real estate industry.

*Responsibilities:*

*Graphic Design:*
- Develop visually appealing graphics for diverse digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms.
- Generate creative design concepts aligning with the company's branding guidelines.

*Photo Editing:*
- Edit and enhance photographs to ensure high-quality and visually appealing images.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize images for online and offline channels.

*Video Editing:*
- Assist in crafting engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
- Edit raw video footage, incorporating music, graphics, and other elements to produce compelling videos.

*Creative Collaboration:*
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, understanding project requirements and contributing creative ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance visual communication strategies.

*Skill Development:*
- Actively seek opportunities to expand and enhance graphic design, photo editing, and video editing skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects.

*Project Management:*
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to gather project requirements and feedback.

*Qualifications:*
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
