Education qualification and experience as per ART law
- Proficient in ICSI, embryo culture, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching
- Capable of managing laboratory inventory

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
1.Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company

2.Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function
- Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc
- Lab Inventory management (TQM)
- Patient data recording research
- Semen sample preparation

3.Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching

4.Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the centre

5.Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines

6.Drive high success rates as per defined protocols
- **Education**:Earn a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, biochemistry, or reproductive science. Then, pursue a post-graduate degree in clinical embryology or reproductive science.
- **Training**:Gain practical experience in a fertility clinic. You can also take a short-term certificate course in embryology and assisted reproductive technology (ART).
- **Certification**:Get certified from a professional organization. For example, the School of Embryology and Assisted Reproductive Technology (SEART) offers certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
