**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the electrical industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Present and demonstrate company products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors’ products, and customer needs.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Participate in the creation of sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential areas for product improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of sales experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical products and the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
