**About the Role**

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and child-friendly **Online Teacher** who can make learning fun and interactive for toddlers and preschoolers through **songs, dance, storytelling, and playful teaching methods**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **online live sessions** or pre-recorded classes for children aged **2-6 years**.
- Teach basic concepts (like alphabets, numbers, animals, colors, manners, etc.) through **songs, rhymes, movements, and stories**.
- Create a joyful and safe online classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Use props, facial expressions, and gestures to make sessions lively and entertaining.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging lessons and scripts.
- Provide feedback on children’s engagement and performance during sessions.
- Ensure classes align with the organization’s early learning curriculum and tone.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for **teaching young children** with energy, patience, and warmth.
- Excellent **communication and storytelling** skills.
- Ability to **sing simple educational songs or rhymes** confidently (not professional-level singing required).
- Comfort with **basic dance or expressive movements** for interactive learning.
- Access to a **quiet, well-lit space** and a stable internet connection for online sessions.
- Prior experience in **preschool teaching, theatre, dance, music, or kids content creation** is an advantage.

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, OBS, etc.)
- Creative skills such as puppetry, drawing, or playing simple musical instruments.
- Experience in making short educational videos for YouTube or e-learning platforms.
