We are having an urgent opening of an **Architect**, **reporting to GM - Planning**

Experience - **9 to 12 years of relevant experience** with more **emphasis on Real estate organizations** and less on Architect firms.

**Creative and experienced Design Manager.** As a Design Manager, he/she will be responsible for **coordinating with the related consultants** and **coordinating design and drawings** + **coordinating RFIs and RFAs**

**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To be one point design coordinator for a minimum of 3 projects.
- To coordinate design of projects with all consultants
- To review ongoing projects and collate all information
- To visit sites periodically and resolve site related queries
- Augment and redesign parts of projects
- Suggest creative ideas and designs independently
- To make working drawings and details as requirement arises
- To give design schedule feedback to scheduler

**KEY SOFTWARE SKILLS**:

- Proficient in Autocad
- Should be able to operate SketchUp.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
- Able to understand Microsoft Project

**KEY GENERAL SKILLS**:

- Should have a good understanding of construction methodology
- Should have a good understanding of GFC documentation and documentation.

**The work involves co -ordination.**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
