Warehouse Coordinator

**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the CFT team and prepare the OSP/NPDN Challan.
- Ensure E-way bills for all challans.
- Manage RTV transactions timely.
- Coordinate invoicing and logistics for RTV shipment dispatch from the plant.
- Maintain records and publish weekly MIS for RTV, NPDN, and open aged challans.
- **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**:

- Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
- Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
- Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.
- Lead HSE Training and actively engage the workforce.
- **Quality**:

- Follow all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation, and established quality procedures.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Perform quality checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Identify and control non-conforming material.
- **Delivery**:

- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods, and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
- **Teamwork**:

- Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
- Ensure training completion in line with business requirements.
- Seek ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
- Ensure a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
- Support planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
- Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Diploma in Engineering.
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
- College, University, or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Warehouse Operations: Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Oracle Knowledge.
- OSP Process Knowledge.
- Inbound process knowledge.
- **Experience**:

- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.
