**Job Title**: Native Spanish Language Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Spanish language classes (A1 to B2 levels) as per international standards.
- Prepare students for DELE and other recognized Spanish proficiency exams.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities to enhance learning.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing regular feedback.
- Offer both group and one-on-one sessions (online/offline).
- Foster an encouraging and culturally rich learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Native Spanish speaker or near-native fluency.
- Proven teaching experience, preferably in academic or language institute settings.
- Familiarity with CEFR framework and DELE exam formats.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Certification in Spanish teaching (ELE or equivalent) is a plus.
- Ability to teach online (if required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Spanish, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Experience with international students.
