Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The role involves coordinating workers, managing resources, and liaising with contractors, engineers, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate site activities and workers. Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Inspect work to ensure quality standards are maintained. Manage site materials, tools, and equipment. Report on project status to senior management. Resolve any issues or delays that arise on site. Maintain daily site records and documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, and legal regulations. Ability to read drawings and blueprints. Good communication and leadership skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Working Conditions: Based on-site with occasional travel to supplier or contractor locations. May require extended hours depending on project needs.
