**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze the hiring needs within the tutor supply vertical to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage the hiring funnel and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with clear accountability for recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to onboard tutors with the required expertise and skill sets.
- Identify diverse tutor profiles and position Filo as the preferred platform for educators to connect with students and contribute meaningfully.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
- Educational background in management or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS tools.
- Ability to make sound decisions and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred
