**Reports to**: CRM Team Lead

**Profile Summary**

We are searching for a CRM Executive For the Marketing Department to join our growing company.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop strategies for building relationships and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer.
- Capture new leads and move them through the sales process.
- Support and manage relationships with current customers to maximize their lifetime value to the company.
- Boost productivity and lower the overall costs of marketing, sales, etc.
- To manage software called Zoho CRM.
- Passionate to work on generating lead.
- Capable to manage the data on Zoho CRM Portal.
- Capable to generate report & analyse.
- Data formatting & handling on excel.

**Requirements**:

- Any Grad.
- Preferably with 0-2 year of experience**.**:

- Immediate Joining is preferable.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Advance Excel

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
