Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operations Management**:Supervising and coordinating daily manufacturing activities, including production schedules, raw material handling, and equipment maintenance.
- **Team Leadership**:Managing, training, and motivating personnel to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Safety and Quality**:Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, resolving operational issues, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Tracking production output, product quality, and on-time delivery, and taking corrective action as needed.
- **Data Analysis**:Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
