**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for UI/UX challenges
- Design and animate engaging micro interactions to enhance user experiences
- Create visually appealing graphics and animations for digital platforms
- Translate design concepts into polished motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Lottie
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and UI/UX design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field
- 1.5 - 2 years of experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Figma is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and UI/UX design projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
