**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations - Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit & Collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, Management Reporter, and MIS reporting.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closure processes.
- Provide expert-level guidance on business process re-engineering, helping clients optimize workflows and align their finance processes with global best practices.
- Ensure the successful and timely implementation of the D365 F&O Finance module suite, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics 365 product capabilities and new features to incorporate them into client projects.
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants and ensure high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, with a focus on Finance modules.
- Strong expertise in business process re-engineering and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP implementation principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets, Management Reporter.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Supply Chain industries is an asset.
- Practical finance experience gained through industry roles or senior consulting positions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- CA or MBA in Finance is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience with the full implementation life cycle of D365 F&O Finance-related modules.
- Industry-specific experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
