**Location**:Mumbai- Handling Electronic Bidding Process of primary debt market.
- Handling documentation on internal software related to debt investments/arrangement of AK Group
- Interacting with Corporates for primary & secondary issue placement
- Handling Corporate & PSU Bank treasury for their day to day investment requirement
- Sourcing securities from PSU Banks, Building Client Relationship & Handling Clients on their day to day activities in bond market
- Regular meetings with the client and new product discussion
- Private placement of PSU as well as private bonds with the clients and Understanding spreads and credits for pricing different bonds
- Executing trades for institutional clients such as Banks, FIIs, Mutual funds, corporates and Insurance companies

- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Aggressive/ “Go - Getter attitude”
- Should be good at number crunching, data analysis & interpretation of the same with a solid hands on experience in MS-Office ( Word, excel & PowerPoints)
- Detail oriented, precise, organized and able to work independently and manage / prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

**Education**: B.Com & MBA (Finance/Marketing)
