We have the following job opportunity:
**Job Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Work Timings**:9:30am to 6:15pm (Monday to Friday, 3rd Saturday is off)

**Salary a**s per suitability and experience.

**EXECUTIVE or SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PURCHASE**

Science or Commerce Graduate

Experience: 5 to 6 Years in Pharmaceutical Field (Formulations).

Should have adequate MS Office skills.

If you have SAP knowledge, it will be added advantage.

Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal).

**Should have handled the following responsibilities**:
2. Responsible for the preparation and to process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

3. Review purchase orders before ordering material and goods.

4. Process purchasing requests and maintain purchasing logs.

5. Collecting quotation from various vendors against purchase requisition.

6. Negotiate and finalize the deal under the guidance of reporting supervisor.

7. Making a comparison of received quotations for rate, quality, etc for analysis and finalization.

8. Preparing Purchase orders in SAP and GRN entries.

9. Follow up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice queries.

10. Manage delivery schedules and status of goods.

11. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

12. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

13. Follow up with the factory for material delivery on time.

14. Maintaining and preparation of documents related to Audits, R&D etc.

15. Co-ordinate with R&D department and factory for inventory and stock controlling.

16. Reconciliations of supplier payments in co-ordination with Accounts department.

17. Complaints handling and closing properly.

18. Maintain and update existing vendors & alternate vendors in the system.

19. Checking material release from the system along with stock confirmation.

20. Any other duties as per organizational requirements.
