With over a decade of experience in inbound and outbound marketing, lead generation, and content marketing, we're looking for a talented Director of Digital Marketing to lead our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

As the Project Manager of Digital Marketing, you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our clients' needs, with a strong focus on HubSpot and Salesforce.

Lead and mentor a team of 12+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Oversee content creation and distribution strategies, including blog posts, social media content, YouTube videos, and more.

Utilize your hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce to optimize lead management, customer relationship management, and reporting.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using HubSpot and Salesforce, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and working collaboratively to achieve their goals.

Be available for late-night Zoom and phone calls as needed to support clients and management.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.

Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, with hands-on experience in lead generation and management.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, YouTube marketing, and content creation.

An analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.

Educational background: Engineering or MBA degree is required for this position. Knowledge of artificial intelligence or engineering is a plus.
