**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Engagement**: Actively participate in a structured 6-month training program focused on advanced Python programming and Odoo development.

**Odoo Framework Mastery**: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework, including core technical and functional concepts, development, customization, and integration.

**Autonomous Work**: Independently handle small, distributed customization and development tasks within the Odoo environment.

**Knowledge Acquisition**: Develop expertise in various Odoo modules and become proficient in handling different business processes.

**Reporting**: Regularly update mentors and managers about progress, challenges, and learning milestones.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

**Technical Knowledge**: Strong proficiency in Python programming.

**Basic Understanding**: Familiarity with Linux OS and basic knowledge of JavaScript.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong logical thinking and the ability to creatively solve practical coding and integration challenges.

**Adaptability**: Eagerness to learn, the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
