- Taking design briefs and understand requirements
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
- Develop advertisements that are strategically sound and as per the brief.
- Actively participate in the group's work throughout the process of creative development and artwork.
- Ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience by following the brand style guidelines.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and AI tools.

Pay: ₹11,614.75 - ₹30,000.00 per month
