**Job Title: Converting In-charge**

**Location
- Haldia**

**Experience: 10 years and above(in corrugation industry only)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the production team that uses converting machines to create corrugated boards and panels.
- They are accountable for ensuring that employees work in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, and that operations are carried out according to specifications.
- They also plan production to meet quotas and quality expectations, and may be involved in hiring and training new employees.
- Reporting any equipment issues or non-conforming product issues to lead operator or to supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Must have proven experience in corrugation industry
- Must be aware of the technicalities and procedure related to the work
- Positive and energetic about the work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
